For bathrooms or other wet areas we recommend 6mm copper free, lead free, low iron mirror. If using standard mirror in a bathroom, mirror edges and holes must be sealed using a low modulas neutral cure silicon to prevent deterioration of the mirror.
If fitting with a mechanical fixing, e.g mirror screws we strongly recommend selecting safety backing.
High quality 6mm silver mirror to EU standards that can be cut to size, safety backed, polished, drilled and cut out for sockets etc
If fitting with adhesive do not choose safety backing as it will not fix the mirror to the wall. Only use recognised mirror adhesive as other adhesive may deteriorate the mirror.
For commercial gyms we recommend 6mm mirror glass with safety backing and polished edges hung with J channels
