Rider jumbo size float glass is produced using advanced float technology to ensure excellent flatness, thickness consistency, and optical clarity across large panel formats.
Oversized sheets provide architects and processors with greater design flexibility while reducing joint lines and improving facade continuity. Larger formats also increase sutting efficency and material yield during downstream fabrication.

Rider jumbo size laminated glass is manufactured by bonding two or more glass panes with high-performance interlayers under controlled heat and pressure to achieve superior structural safety, impact resistance, and acoustic insulation.

Large-format laminated panels enable wider spans, fewer facade joints, and improved visual continuity in modern architectural glazing systems. Jumbo sheets can also be optimized for downstream cutting, helping processors reduce waste and increase fabrication efficiency.  Size, thickness combinations, and interlayer structures can be customized according to project requirements.
